This 8-part progressive** course helps develop meditation skills; learn how to manage unhelpful thinking patterns; and improve emotional wellbeing. Fortnightly sessions will last 90 minutes and will include formal & informal mindfulness practices, gentle movement and breath-work. Regular attendance is required and the cost for the complete course will be £50 (which is £4ph), payable in advance to Hilary, who is a qualified mindfulness teacher. Hopefully, a repeat Course will be offered in January. However, if by 31st October there has been insufficient demand it will be cancelled. Applicants for January will be informed of any decision to go ahead or cancel at the earliest opportunity.
