Line dancing is fun, great gentle exercise and you don’t need a partner—just bring yourself! It boosts memory and coordination, and that moment when the steps finally click is magic. We dance to everything from toe tappers to full blown floor fillers. Come for the music, stay for the giggles, and leave with a little smile!

Wear comfortable clothing and flat or low heeled, smooth-soled shoes. Bring a drink to sip between dances.
