We provide insights into how to make the best use of those technologies that are most important to members – smartphones, tablets (iPad etc) and laptops. The structure of the sessions is a short presentation/talk on a specific topic, such as how best to manage passwords, followed by interactive Q&A. We aim to cover Apple, Microsoft/Windows, Android and Google based devices in their own focus groups.
