Offered exclusively to u3a members, the exercises will build over the weeks to improve cognitive and muscular strengths. Longer sequences will create a dance feel. This is not progressive and missing an occasional class will not be a problem. The studio is custom fitted with mirrors, barres and a sprung floor. Vanessa has taught dance in Alton for many years.
